As the FP&A Manager for G&A, you will be a crucial member of our finance team, supporting the growth of our General and Administrative functions. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in financial planning and analysis to join our team. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for the General and Administrative functions within the company.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making for G&A departments.
Monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
Assist in the development and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Train and mentor junior members of the finance team to develop their skills in financial planning and analysis.
Act as a strategic partner to G&A leaders, providing financial expertise and support to drive business growth and achieve financial goals.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Advanced Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Financial Planning Software, Such As Adaptive Insights Or Oracle Hyperion.
