As our company continues to rapidly expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance, FP&A Planning Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategic financial planning processes, as well as managing our finance systems and tools. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong leadership and communication skills.   1. Develop and implement strategic financial planning processes to support the company's growth and expansion goals.
  2. Oversee and manage the company's finance systems and tools, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, and present insights to support decision making.
  5. Create and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business strategies and drive performance.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand business priorities and align financial planning accordingly.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial planning and reporting processes.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance, FP&A, and planning systems, and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Communicate financial information and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Working In Finance Or Fp&A Roles

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Planning And Analysis Processes

  • Experience Working With Financial Planning Systems Such As Adaptive Insights Or Anaplan

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Financial Data To Various Stakeholders.
