  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance and support.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  4. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to customers.
  6. Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify potential risks and roadblocks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its capabilities in order to provide effective support and troubleshooting.
  9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  10. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for new business growth.
  11. Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
  12. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and mission to customers.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting customer success.
