  1. Lead and manage the Signer & Consumer team, providing guidance and direction to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for the Signer & Consumer product offerings, aligning with the overall company vision and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product improvements.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform product strategy and decision making.
  5. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Signer & Consumer product offerings, staying ahead of competition and anticipating future customer needs.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve product features, functionality, and user experience.
  7. Manage product budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses, to ensure efficient use of resources and drive profitable growth.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback on product strategy and direction.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and advancements in digital transaction management to inform product strategy and innovation.
  10. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  11. Represent the company and its product offerings at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions and thought leadership.
  12. Uphold company values and maintain a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that all product decisions and actions align with the needs and expectations of our customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Or Software Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Launching Successful Products And Driving Product Strategy, With A Focus On The Signer And Consumer Experience.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Product Managers.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of The Esignature And Digital Transaction Management Market, Including Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Competitive Landscape.
