We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Product Management to join our team and lead our Agreement Data Platform. As the Director of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy and vision for our Agreement Data Platform, which is a critical component of our overall product offering. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who has a strong background in product management and a passion for driving innovation.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Agreement Data Platform.
  2. Lead a team of product managers to drive the development and delivery of innovative and high-quality features and solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  4. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
  5. Make data-driven decisions and prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, competitive landscape, and business goals.
  6. Develop and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the Agreement Data Platform, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  7. Manage the product budget and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and optimal use of resources.
  8. Stay current with industry advancements and evolving customer needs to continuously improve and evolve the Agreement Data Platform.
  9. Act as a product expert and evangelist, both internally and externally, to promote the value and benefits of the Agreement Data Platform.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product management team and across the organization.
  11. Mentor and coach product managers to develop their skills and capabilities and support their career growth.
  12. Represent DocuSign at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the Agreement Data Platform.

Job Qualifications
  • 10+ Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Strong Focus On Data Platforms And Data-Driven Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Scaling Data Products, With A Deep Understanding Of Data Architecture And Infrastructure.

  • Strong Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineering, Data Science, And Design, To Deliver High-Quality Products On Time.

  • Excellent Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Market Opportunities And Develop Product Roadmaps That Align With Business Goals.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Agreement Management Industry And Familiarity With Related Technologies, Such As Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning.
