Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to gather input and insights for pricing decisions.
Create and maintain pricing models and tools to support data-driven decision making.
Monitor and analyze pricing performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Develop and manage pricing and packaging structures for new and existing products and services.
Lead and manage the pricing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Communicate pricing strategies and changes to internal stakeholders and external customers.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to continuously improve pricing strategies.
Work closely with finance to ensure pricing is aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline pricing processes and increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
Provide regular reporting and analysis on pricing performance to senior leadership.
Continuously monitor and adjust pricing strategies to stay competitive and meet business objectives.

Extensive Experience In Pricing Strategy And Packaging Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Pricing Strategies And Packaging Models In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
Strong Analytical Skills: A Director Of Pricing & Packaging Should Have Excellent Quantitative And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Market Trends To Inform Pricing Decisions.
Knowledge Of Saas Industry And Pricing Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Software As A Service (Saas) Industry, Including Pricing Models, Trends, And Best Practices.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Will Require Leading A Team Of Pricing Analysts And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, So The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills.
