Director, Partner Digital Transformation and Success
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Partner Digital Transformation and Success at DocuSign. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our partner ecosystem through digital transformation initiatives. - Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for our partner ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize partner needs and opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, including identifying and onboarding new partners
- Monitor and track partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive success
- Lead and manage a team of digital transformation specialists, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively apply them to our partner program
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership to provide updates on partner program performance and initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of partner program data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to partner relationships and digital transformation efforts.
Extensive Experience In Digital Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Digital Transformation Initiatives Within Organizations. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Their Impact On Business Processes.
