Job Description

Welcome to DocuSign, the global leader in digital transaction management and eSignature solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Lifecycle Marketing to lead our Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our customer acquisition strategy across various channels, driving growth and revenue for the company. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing and a track record of success in driving customer acquisition.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy for the company across various channels.
  2. Lead and manage the Acquisition team, providing strategic direction and guidance to drive growth and revenue.
  3. Identify and prioritize key target markets and segments for customer acquisition.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to continually optimize and evolve the acquisition strategy.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Develop and manage budgets and resources for acquisition efforts.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing support and guidance to foster their growth and success.
  11. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and effective marketing campaigns and materials.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all acquisition efforts align with the company's brand and messaging.
  13. Manage and negotiate contracts and partnerships with external vendors and agencies.
  14. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the acquisition team.
  15. Stay informed on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines in all acquisition efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Lifecycle Marketing Strategies To Drive Customer Acquisition And Retention.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Significant Revenue Growth Through Targeted Marketing Campaigns And Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Channels And Tools, Including Email Marketing, Content Marketing, And Social Media.

  • Experience In Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product, Sales, And Analytics.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data And Metrics To Inform Marketing Strategies And Decision-Making.
