Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Knowledge Management to join our team at DocuSign. As the Director of Knowledge Management, you will play a critical role in creating and implementing strategies to capture, organize, and share knowledge across our organization.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy to capture, organize, and share knowledge across the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team responsible for creating and maintaining knowledge repositories and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge management needs and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Monitor and analyze knowledge management metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies in knowledge management to continuously improve processes and systems.
  6. Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments and teams.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on knowledge management processes and tools.
  8. Create and maintain documentation and guidelines for knowledge management processes.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for knowledge management initiatives.
  10. Communicate progress and results of knowledge management initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Identify and implement tools and technologies to support knowledge management efforts.
  12. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall organizational knowledge management.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to employees on knowledge management best practices.
  14. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all knowledge management activities.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the knowledge management team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Knowledge Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Knowledge Management Programs In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Director Of Knowledge Management Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Knowledge Management Professionals. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Their Goals.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Director Of Knowledge Management Will Need To Work Closely With Various Teams And Departments Within The Organization To Gather, Organize, And Disseminate Knowledge. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Interact With Different Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Management Strategy Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Knowledge Management Strategies That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.
