Job Description

We design creative for a new business campaign. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative demand campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. Manage, develop, coach and advise the Campaign Operations team. Oversee and scale omni-channel campaign execution, tracking, preference management, and marketing business process creation. Direct the team to implement programs throughout the campaign's launch cycle (from intake through activation) to ensure best-in-market customer service and overall campaign success. Manage stakeholders, partnering with Global Demand Center leaders and region leads to develop and optimize campaign schedules to drive returns Ensure on-time delivery of campaigns to the highest standards. Assist in the process design and successful completion of all internal audit and control functions, ensuring compliance email and privacy laws as well as company guidelines.
