  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact within DocuSign
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and addressing feedback in a timely and efficient manner
  • Advocate for customers' needs and concerns within the company, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their success with our products
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to increase adoption and usage of DocuSign products
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback, utilizing this information to improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Act as a subject matter expert on DocuSign products, staying up-to-date with new features and enhancements to effectively communicate them to customers
  • Organize and facilitate customer events and webinars to promote engagement and provide training and support
  • Track and report on customer engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction with DocuSign products and services.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Advocacy & Engagement Specialist Must Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Resolve Their Issues.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In Customer Service Is Essential For This Role, As The Specialist Will Be Responsible For Addressing Customer Concerns And Ensuring A Positive Customer Experience.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity With Docusign's Products And Services Is A Must For This Role. The Specialist Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Provide Technical Support To Customers.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Think Critically And Come Up With Solutions To Complex Problems Is Crucial For A Customer Advocacy & Engagement Specialist. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Difficult Customer Situations With Patience And Empathy.

  • Team Player: As A Part Of The Customer Advocacy Team, The Specialist Must Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members And Departments To Ensure A Seamless Customer Experience. They Should Also Be Open To Feedback And Willing To Learn And Improve.
