Job Description

Do you have a solid understanding of CS operations and the ability to effectively communicate across departments and levels?DocuSign is looking for a talented CS Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our customer success organization, responsible for driving strategic initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction, expand customer relationships and increase revenue.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success-related operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels. The candidate should have a proven ability to think strategically, act tactically, and be an innovative problem-solver. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have a strong drive for results. Additionally, the candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and expand customer relationships.
  2. Analyze customer success operations and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Communicate effectively across departments and levels.
  4. Think strategically and act tactically to solve problems.
  5. Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and have a strong drive for results.
  6. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
  7. Develop reports and presentations to present data-driven insights and recommendations.
  8. Monitor customer success performance metrics and identify trends.
  9. Work with the customer success team to develop and implement process improvements.
  10. Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of customer success initiatives.
