  1. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance DocuSign's corporate reputation and brand image.
  2. Support the planning and execution of corporate events, such as conferences, presentations, and media engagements.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging issues that may impact the company's reputation.
  4. Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials, including press releases, speeches, and social media posts.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and organize information for corporate affairs initiatives.
  6. Monitor media coverage and social media activity related to the company and provide regular updates to the team.
  7. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop creative and effective communication strategies.
  8. Collaborate with the team to maintain and update corporate messaging, website content, and other communication channels.
  9. Assist in managing relationships with external partners, including media outlets, industry associations, and community organizations.
  10. Carry out administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining databases.
  11. Take initiative and contribute new ideas to support the overall goals and objectives of the corporate affairs team.
  12. Continuously learn and stay updated on industry best practices and trends in corporate affairs.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by actively engaging in team meetings and activities.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Corporate Affairs Intern At Docusign, You Will Be Expected To Communicate Effectively With Various Stakeholders, Including Employees, Investors, And Media. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must For This Role.
