
Compliance Analyst
This role is responsible for managing the continuous monitoring requirements of DocuSign’s PCI, FedRAMP, and DOD programs, Timely collection of compliance evidence and artifacts. Review of evidence for completeness, accuracy, and operating effectiveness. Submission of evidence to internal and external repositories. Ability to analyze technology, solutions, or configurations including but not limited to identity management, network management, change control, systems monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and configuration management. Highly organized management of evidence architected to correspond with the established DocuSign Control Framework Articulation of business and compliance requirements into technical requests.
2+ years of compliance, security, or technical audit experience
At least 2 years of experience working in an enterprise technology company
Knowledge of ISO27001, SOC2 TSC, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, or IRAP
CISA, CISSP, or related certification
