  1. Oversee the testing and release process of beta products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to gather and incorporate feedback into product improvements.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy and plan, including identifying and prioritizing test cases and coordinating with beta testers.
  4. Monitor and track beta product performance and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Continuously evaluate and improve beta testing processes and procedures.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external beta testers to ensure smooth and timely testing and release cycles.
  7. Manage and maintain beta testing environments and tools.
  8. Collect and analyze data and feedback from beta testers to inform product development and future releases.
  9. Collaborate with the product team to set goals and timelines for beta product releases.
  10. Train and mentor team members on beta testing processes and procedures.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in beta testing and product development.
  13. Take ownership of project management tasks, including scheduling, resource allocation, and prioritization.
  14. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during the beta testing process.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by providing valuable insights and recommendations for product improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Beta Testing Processes And Experience Managing Beta Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Coordinate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Experience Working In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
