
Associate Customer Success Manager (German Speaking)

- Provide exceptional support to customers in the German market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for the customer's needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience

Fluency In German: The Candidate Must Be Able To Speak, Read, And Write In German At A Professional Level To Effectively Communicate With German-Speaking Customers.
Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Customer Success, Account Management, Or Sales, Is Required To Understand And Meet The Needs Of Docusign's Customers.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Build Relationships With Customers.
Knowledge Of Saas Industry: Familiarity With The Software As A Service (Saas) Industry And Its Trends Is Important To Understand Docusign's Product And Effectively Support And Guide Customers.
