
Associate Customer Success Manager (French Speaking)

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with DocuSign products.
- Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing timely and effective support for any inquiries or issues.
- Drive product adoption and usage among French-speaking customers by providing training, resources, and guidance on best practices.
- Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may hinder customer success and work with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support the renewal process for existing French-speaking customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of DocuSign products and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers on new features and updates.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to help improve and enhance our products.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer success and retention.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to continually improve knowledge and skills related to customer success in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
