Job Description

Look no further, because DocuSign is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption and retention of our products with our French-speaking customers. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, results-driven, and a team player. If you have a background in customer success and are fluent in French, we want to hear from you!

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with French-speaking customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with DocuSign products.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing timely and effective support for any inquiries or issues.
  3. Drive product adoption and usage among French-speaking customers by providing training, resources, and guidance on best practices.
  4. Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may hinder customer success and work with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities and support the renewal process for existing French-speaking customers.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of DocuSign products and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers on new features and updates.
  7. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to help improve and enhance our products.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer success and retention.
  9. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops to continually improve knowledge and skills related to customer success in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In French: As An Associate Customer Success Manager For French-Speaking Clients, Fluency In French Is A Must-Have Qualification. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Understand And Interpret French-Speaking Clients' Needs And Concerns.

  • Knowledge Of Docusign Products: To Be An Effective Associate Customer Success Manager At Docusign, A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services Is Necessary. This Includes Familiarity With The Docusign Platform, Features, And Capabilities, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate This Information To Clients.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Clients And Tasks Simultaneously. Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills Are Crucial To Ensure That All Customers Receive Timely And High-Quality Support.
