  1. Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients using our digital transaction management platform.
  2. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise for clients.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships with them.
  4. Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of our product.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  6. Educate clients on the features and capabilities of our product to increase adoption and usage.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates to effectively communicate with clients.
  9. Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  10. Prepare and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction and usage metrics.
  11. Conduct training and workshops for clients to improve their understanding and usage of our product.
  12. Act as an advocate for clients within the company, providing feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
  13. Constantly strive to improve the overall customer experience and drive customer retention.
  14. Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
  15. Fluent in French to effectively communicate with French-speaking clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In French: As An Associate Customer Success Manager For French-Speaking Clients, A Strong Command Of The French Language Is Essential. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively In Both Written And Verbal Forms.
