- Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients using our digital transaction management platform.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise for clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and build strong relationships with them.
- Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of our product.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Educate clients on the features and capabilities of our product to increase adoption and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates to effectively communicate with clients.
- Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
