Job Description

You will be a hands-on analytics and data product manager leading data collection and instrumentation across DocuSign’s worldwide digital experiences. You will partner closely with other analytics managers, business stakeholders, and Engineering to understand our data and analytics needs and capabilities, develop detailed specs for instrumenting our marketing and commerce experiences and experiments, and co-create our long-term digital data roadmap for the end-to-end customer journey. Ensure analytics instrumentation is scalable, consistent and efficient while following industry best practices. Validate and QA implementation of new tags on the site to ensure they are working as expected. Develop and prioritize digital analytics data and instrumentation roadmap balancing target future state and short-term optimization. Build out governance process for tag manager including but not limited to approval process, releases, audits and de-duplication.

Job Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in product management, data, insights or analytics with increasing responsibility in a growth environment
3+ years of hands-on experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with data science, analytics, A/B testing, and data technologies
2+ years of SQL skills with excellent hands-on exposure to database structures and principles, data models and dimensional models
Demonstrated proficiency building dashboards in Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
