- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SMB segment in the UK market.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing SMB clients.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value and benefits of DocuSign's digital transaction management solutions to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and stay informed of industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Utilize various sales techniques, such as cold calling, networking, and presentations, to generate leads and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process.
- Represent DocuSign in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to effectively represent DocuSign in all interactions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Saas Industry
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Fast-Paced And Competitive Environment
Strong Understanding Of The Uk Market, Specifically In The Smb Segment, And Experience In Selling To This Customer Base.
