- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets for small and medium-sized businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to promote the adoption of DocuSign's digital transaction management solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and identify potential clients in the SMB sector.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of DocuSign's products to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and other sales materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions for clients based on their specific needs and requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote DocuSign's products and services.
- Continuously update product knowledge and attend training sessions to stay informed about new features and enhancements.
- Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Proactively identify and resolve any client issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel to meet with clients and prospects as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Smb Market Segment
