  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new small to medium-sized business customers in the French-speaking market of the Benelux region.
  2. Prospect and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Identify and understand customer needs and effectively communicate how DocuSign's solutions can solve their business challenges.
  4. Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of DocuSign's digital transaction management platform.
  5. Negotiate and close deals with potential customers, utilizing strong sales skills and techniques.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  11. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  12. Represent DocuSign at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and solutions.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a strong knowledge of DocuSign's products, services, and value propositions.
  14. Continuously develop and improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategies for process improvements and customer satisfaction.

  • Fluent In French: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Be A Fluent French Speaker, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing Accounts In The French-Speaking Region Of Benelux.   • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of An Account Executive Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients. The Candidate Should Be An Effective Communicator, Both Verbally And In Writing, And Have The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Familiarity With Docusign Products: While Not Required, Familiarity With Docusign Products And Services Is A Plus. The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Features And Benefits Of Docusign's Solutions And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Them To Potential Clients. This Knowledge Will Also Help In Providing Technical Support And Guidance To Clients During The Sales Process.
