If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Account Executive for our Mid Market Install team at DocuSign.As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Mid Market segment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while managing and growing existing accounts. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. A deep understanding of SaaS sales and experience in the tech industry is also required. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base in the Mid Market segment.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities and closing deals.
  6. Utilize a customer-centric approach to understand and address customer challenges and needs.
  7. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of DocuSign solutions.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide feedback and insights from the field.
  11. Represent DocuSign at industry events and conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  12. Collaborate with sales operations to ensure accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for DocuSign, promoting our values and mission to customers and prospects.
  14. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Maintain a thorough understanding of DocuSign products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate value to clients.
  16. Travel to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in training and development opportunities.
  17. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting and mentoring colleagues when needed.
  18. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Mid-Market Clients.

  • Experience With Crm Software, Such As Salesforce, And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
