- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the mid market segment.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and creating opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Actively seek out and engage new clients through networking events, conferences, and other industry events.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on sales metrics, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all sales activities and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that support sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of DocuSign to clients.
- Represent DocuSign at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Work closely with the finance team to negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies, providing feedback and suggestions to the management team.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Business Development Role, Preferably In The Technology Or Software Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Strong Understanding Of The Mid-Market Segment And Ability To Develop And Execute Sales Strategies For This Market.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Is A Plus.
