As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. - Develop and maintain relationships with major customers to ensure they have a positive experience with DocuSign.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing major customer accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of DocuSign's products and services to potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate DocuSign's products and services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with major customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote DocuSign's brand.
- Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-development.
- Represent DocuSign with the utmost professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Saas Or Technology Industry.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With C-Suite Level Executives.
Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Ability To Navigate Complex Sales Cycles.
