Job Description

Welcome to DocuSign, a global leader in digital transaction management and eSignature solutions. We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Executive, Majors. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building relationships with our largest and most strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you are a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with major customers to ensure they have a positive experience with DocuSign.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing major customer accounts.
  3. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of DocuSign's products and services to potential customers.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Present and demonstrate DocuSign's products and services to potential customers.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with major customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  10. Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM system.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote DocuSign's brand.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-development.
  13. Represent DocuSign with the utmost professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In A Saas Or Technology Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With C-Suite Level Executives.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process And Ability To Navigate Complex Sales Cycles.
