
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Administer and execute against the Experienced Hire Recruiting strategy, including identifying creative approaches to Experienced Hire Recruiting support activities. Support calendar management for Talent Acquisition Managers/team members. Coordinate the scheduling of in-person interviews and confirm logistics with interviewers and candidates with input from Recruiting Managers. Input and update job openings within ATS as requested by talent acquisition team. Perform administrative duties to include maintaining complex calendars, coordinating appointments, lunches, meetings and conference calls. Build functional and/or technical knowledge and skills necessary, and keep up-to-date with recruiting developments.
3+ years of experience providing administrative support required
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Microsoft Office certifications preferred
