Job Description

Talent for crafting and editing a wide range of materials to the highest of standards with a keen eye for detail. Proven ability to adapt to different styles, including press releases, fact sheets, blog posts, key messages, talking points, video scripts, social copy and more. Extensive experience identifying stories and pitching story ideas to editors, business leaders and partners. Proven track record of establishing productive business connections with media contacts and securing coverage in new outlets and platforms. Background in producing and partnering with others to create multimedia assets such as photography, video and digital materials to support media advocacy and editorial storytelling. Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in communications, journalism and/or public relations

  • Able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment, often after hours and on weekends

  • Deep knowledge of the earned media landscape a plus

  • Knowledge of Disney Cruise Line a plus

  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
