Job Description

We are looking for a first-class public relations manager with a deep understanding of strategic communications, editorial writing, project management, creative content development and media relations. The manager will focus on existing Disney Vacation Club Resorts including Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa, member benefits and future projects and expansion. Developing public relations strategy to increase awareness, generate buzz and drive commercial strategy. Executing programs of various scopes; including announcements, public relations stunts, media events and more. Ideating and writing various types of editorial content. Concepting and producing video and photo content, both editorial and creative. Maintaining relationships with key journalists, pitching and shaping stories that highlight key business priorities.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in communications and public relations

  • Excellent knowledge of Associated Press style guidelines

  • Experience working with media, including digital, broadcast and print

  • Extensive experience writing press releases, fact sheets, biographies, blog posts and more
