
Senior, Advanced Analytics
Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions on customer behavior, subscriber churn, and financial impact. Develop self-service data tools, and other visual aids in support of findings. Collaborate with multiple teams to design, build, and analyze retention offers. Create reports, charts, tables, and other visual representations from the data analysis which enable the business partners to identify trends and understand underlying causes. Perform ad hoc analytics to solve high priority business goals. Projects include but not limited margin analytics, customer segmentation, daily tagging and scoring of offers, one-to-one offers, building reports and visualization.
5-8 years related experience in advanced analytics, big data, relational database structures
Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources
