Salesforce Operations(Release/Incident) Manager

As a Salesforce Release Management Lead with the Digital Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing team that is embarking on a multi-year implementation as part of an on-going digital modernization effort. Plan, schedule and manage releases through their life cycle working with various product and development teams within the Salesforce ecosystem. Collect documentation related to release changes, prepare release notes and communicate/publish them for stakeholder consumption. Identify dependencies with releases and work with the teams to resolve and plan the dependencies. Identify and mitigate risks related to releases. Create, track and report metrics related to releases, with requirement traceability (release changes linked to requirements via stories/epics).
