Working as a Manager of Outside Planning & Design, you will be responsible for the planning, design and analysis of the outside plant facilities/network in an individual contributor role. You will perform the detailed design for all required feeder facility relief including Central Office transfers, major undertakings and/or routine activities after closely coordinating with the Planning group. Loop Electronics Engineering/Coordination and Transmission Equipment Engineering. Coach and train other designers. Monitor expenditures to ensure incurred costs are within authorized levels and responsible for the coordination of construction budget and project management activities.
