Lead Product Designer - UI

As a Visual Design Lead, you'll be a key member of a dynamic product design team supporting native app initiatives. Assist design director in maintaining the evolving design strategy and evangelizing established design principles. Review and evaluate product design (visual & UI) from concept to delivery, ensuring compliance with brand, digital design standards and best practices. Provide tangible feedback to improve product quality and visual design. Partner with UX & CX leads to drive end-to-end design execution. Advocate for feature prioritization based on a deep understanding of potential customer and business impact. Understand and grow our app design system to deliver a consistent and rich app experience. Function as a bridge across disciplines: product, engineering, business, and other design teams and help drive cross discipline & cross team collaboration. Assist in contributing design initiatives to the product roadmap.
