Improve overall observability of all services in a complex distributed cloud based systems including monitoring, alerting and reporting. Track and Improving reliability, availability and performance of end to end business transactions, Root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems within complex, distributed, integrated, enterprise environment. Perform business analysis and problem resolution through software development life cycle in support of business-critical applications, Work user issues associated with customer ordering, provisioning, and service assurance, and help to coordinate integrated problem resolution.
5+ years of experience in the SRE/DevOps/IT Operations and/or Development is required
3+ years of experience in dealing with highly technical staff is required
1+ Experience with cloud infrastructure - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
