You will also be responsible for resolving issues and providing technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner.To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot challenging technical issues. You must also be a self-starter who can quickly learn new technologies and identify solutions to customer problems.
