As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. You will also be responsible for resolving issues and providing technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner.To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot challenging technical issues. You must also be a self-starter who can quickly learn new technologies and identify solutions to customer problems.
