As the leader of our store, you will oversee all aspects of operations, drive sales and ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for retail and exceptional leadership skills, we would love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.   1. Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and employee performance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive overall profitability of the store.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
  4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Ensure proper training and development of employees to maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
  7. Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  9. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make strategic business decisions.
  13. Collaborate with corporate teams to implement company-wide initiatives and promotions.
  14. Create and manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Dillard's, promoting our values and mission to both employees and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Store Manager At Dillard's Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Retail Store. This Includes Experience In Driving Sales, Managing Inventory, And Leading A Team.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Store Manager Should Have The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Employees. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Addressing Any Performance Issues.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Dillard's Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And The Store Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of How To Create A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Merchandising And Inventory Management: The Store Manager Should Have A Good Understanding Of Product Merchandising And Inventory Management In Order To Ensure The Store Is Well-Stocked And Visually Appealing To Customers.

  • Financial Acumen: The Store Manager Should Have Strong Financial Skills, Including The Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Create Budgets, And Manage Expenses. This Is Important In Order To Drive Profitability For The Store.
