  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Dillard's customers.
  2. Uphold the company's standards for fashion and quality in all aspects of the store.
  3. Motivate and inspire store associates to meet and exceed sales goals.
  4. Oversee store operations and ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
  5. Train and develop new and existing store associates to maintain a high level of customer service.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and work with buyers to ensure the store has the appropriate merchandise mix.
  7. Manage the store's budget and expenses to meet financial targets.
  8. Collaborate with other store management to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  9. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
  10. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic business decisions.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations for store associates and provide feedback for improvement.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean store environment for both customers and employees.
  14. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance.
  15. Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the Dillard's brand and mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Dillard's Is Looking For Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Store Operations, Customer Service, And Team Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Store Management Associate At Dillard's, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Employees.
