Previous Retail Management Experience: Dillard's Is Looking For Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role. This Experience Should Demonstrate A Strong Understanding Of Store Operations, Customer Service, And Team Management.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Store Management Associate At Dillard's, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Employees. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Resolve Conflicts, Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
