  1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  3. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales associates and other staff members.
  4. Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members to help them reach their full potential.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive shopping experience.
  7. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and operational standards.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
