Job Description

Dillard's is looking for an experienced and reliable Store Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is critical to ensuring our store is in top condition for our customers. As a Store Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of preventive maintenance, repair, and installation services in a timely and safe manner.The successful candidate will possess strong technical and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail. Additionally, you must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. A background in maintenance and repair is highly desired, and experience with tools and machinery is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Perform a variety of preventive maintenance, repair, and installation services in a timely and safe manner.
  2. Demonstrate strong technical and communication skills.
  3. Work independently and have a keen eye for detail.
  4. Maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  5. Possess a background in maintenance and repair, and experience with tools and machinery is a plus.
  6. Work flexible hours, have a positive attitude, and be a self-starter.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and store policies.
  8. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
  9. Provide excellent customer service.
  10. Ensure all equipment and supplies are stocked and in working order.
