Store Maintenance Technician

5. Investigate and respond to customer complaints related to store maintenance.
6. Perform regular maintenance inspections of the store and its facilities.
7. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with store personnel.
9. Establish and maintain good working relationships with outside vendors and contractors.
10. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
