Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable Store Maintenance Technician to join the Dillard's team and help keep our stores running smoothly. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, hands-on individual with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving aptitude. They must be able to multitask and prioritize while ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely fashion. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, an eye for detail, and a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect job for you.To be successful in this role, you must have a high school degree or equivalent and experience as a store maintenance technician. You should also have a valid driver's license, experience with basic maintenance and repair, and knowledge of safety practices. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to take initiative are also essential.
