Store Maintenance Technician

Dillard's is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Maintenance Technician to join our team! As an integral part of the store operations team, the Store Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing safe and secure store operations, as well as performing maintenance and repair of store equipment, fixtures and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and customer service skills, as well as a strong sense of safety, security and attention to detail. If you have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and a dedication to providing a safe and secure shopping experience, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent- A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems- Ability to use hand and power tools- Experience in security systems and general security practices- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
