Job Description

At Dillard's, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Store Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing store environment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks, from painting and carpentry to basic repairs and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have experience in store maintenance and a good understanding of store systems and processes. If you are a problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this could be the opportunity for you!
