Store Maintenance Technician

At Dillard's, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Store Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our store operations by performing repairs and maintenance on equipment, fixtures and building systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, have an excellent work ethic, and bring a can-do attitude to the role.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. They should be highly organized and able to work both independently and in a team setting. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC systems is a plus.The Store Maintenance Technician will be a crucial part of our team, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality service and is eager to learn and grow with our company.
