  1. Greet and welcome clients to the salon in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist clients in scheduling appointments and answer any questions they may have.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and addressing any concerns.
  4. Utilize knowledge of beauty products and services to recommend personalized solutions to clients.
  5. Perform a variety of salon services including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive and sanitary environment for clients.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible services to clients.
  8. Process client payments accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with other salon associates and stylists to ensure a smooth and enjoyable client experience.
