  1. Greet and welcome customers to Dillard's in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist the sales team in achieving their sales goals by providing exceptional support and service.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to accurately answer customer inquiries.
  4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
  6. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Restock merchandise and maintain proper inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to create an inviting and positive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
  11. Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members.
  12. Stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
  13. Complete administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry, to support the sales team.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
