Job Description

This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations of our sales department. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team, maintaining inventory, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter Dillard's, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and answer any questions they may have, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  3. Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
  4. Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring all products are properly labeled and displayed.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when products need to be restocked.
  6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  7. Create a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  8. Assist in visual merchandising and window displays to attract customers and showcase new products.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and sales processes.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
  13. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  14. Assist with any other tasks or duties assigned by the sales manager.
