  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Dillard's customers, both in person and over the phone.
  2. Assist the sales team in achieving their sales goals by providing support and assistance with various tasks.
  3. Greet and engage customers, building rapport and creating a positive shopping experience.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Dillard's products and services to effectively assist customers and answer any questions.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  6. Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and well-stocked, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
  7. Assist in visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase products.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, providing updates on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Dillard's brand in a positive manner at all times.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and safety protocols.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers.
  13. Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
