  1. Provide exceptional support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, product knowledge, and sales transactions.
  2. Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and assisting with visual merchandising.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and make product recommendations.
  4. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service by following company policies and procedures, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of the department.
  6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  7. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and coordinating with the stock team to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of merchandise.
  8. Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
  9. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth by actively participating in training and development programs.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Support Associate Should Possess Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As They Will Be Interacting With Both Customers And Internal Team Members.
