As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional sales support to our customers and assisting our sales team in reaching their goals.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and addressing their needs and concerns.
  3. Assist sales team in achieving their sales goals by actively promoting and selling merchandise.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions.
  5. Ensure all merchandise is displayed and presented in an appealing and organized manner.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
  8. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
  9. Collaborate with sales team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Provide support to sales team with tasks such as preparing merchandise for the sales floor, marking down items, and completing special orders.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
  13. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  16. Uphold a high level of professionalism and represent the Dillard's brand.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: Sales Support Associates Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Their Colleagues. This Includes Being Able To Provide Clear And Accurate Information About Products, Policies, And Promotions.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment Is Often Preferred For This Position. This Includes Understanding Of Store Operations, Merchandising, And Customer Service.

  • Product Knowledge: A Sales Support Associate Should Have A Strong Knowledge Of The Products Sold At Dillard's, Including Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Will Allow Them To Make Informed Recommendations To Customers And Answer Any Questions They May Have.

  • Organizational Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment. Sales Support Associates Must Be Able To Keep Track Of Multiple Tasks, Such As Assisting Customers, Restocking Shelves, And Processing Transactions.
