  7. Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals, contributing to the overall success of the store.
  9. Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to dress code and grooming standards.
  10. Complete assigned tasks and duties in a timely and accurate manner, showing a strong attention to detail.
  11. Continuously develop knowledge of products and services offered at Dillard's, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and trends.
  12. Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring that all displays are attractive and well-maintained.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
  14. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
